4-Day Turkey Tour Cappadocia Ephesus and Pamukkale

Day 1: Istanbul-Cappadocia by plane and day trip for Southern Cappadocia-Green tour

Stop At: Goreme, Goreme, Cappadocia
We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and take you to the airport for a one hour flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Once you arrive, we will pick you up from the airport and take you to our office in Goreme Town. From there we will pick you up at 9:30 for your South Cappadocia Tour.

Stop At: Kaymakli Underground City, Derinkuyu Turkey
First, we will stop at the underground city of Derinkuyu and climb down through the 8 levels that are available for viewing
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Love Valley, Goreme 50180 Turkey
Then from there we will pass near by the Love Valley where you can take photos or make videos etc
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Ihlara Valley, Guzelyurt 68500 Turkey
Then From there, we will hike through the famous Ilhara Valley before lunch.

Stop At: Selime Monastery, Guzelyurt Turkey
After lunch, we will visit Selime Monastery and see how the Monks lived

Then at last we will move to Pigeon Valley for some excellent views. We will take you back to your hotel at the end of the tour and you will have free time for the rest of the night.

Day 2: Day tour for Northern Cappadocia / Flight from Cappadocia to Izmir

Stop At: Uchisar Castle, Uchisar Turkey
You will have breakfast before your tour begins. We will pick you up from your hotel at 9:30 for your North Cappadocia Tour. First, we will stop for a photo op at a vista point overlooking Uchisar Castle.

Stop At: Goreme Open-Air Museum, Merkez, Muze Cd., Goreme 50180 Turkey
Then, we will continue on to the Goreme Open Air Museum
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Avanos, Avanos, Cappadocia
Then we will have lunch at Avanos.

Stop At: Cavusin, Cavusin, Cappadocia
After lunch, we will stop for a pottery demonstration. You will get a chance to try yourself! From there we will make short stop at Cavusin.

Then Devrent where you will see some animal shaped rock formations, St. Monk's Valley with the mushroom shaped fairy chimneys and St. Simeon’s monk cell.

Stop At: Urgup, Urgup, Cappadocia
Then we will pass near by the Urgup. where you can beautiful scene then We will drop you back at your hotel at the end of the tour. Depending on your flight time, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport. After a one hour flight to İzmir, we will pick you up from İzmir airport then transfer to you to your hotel in Kuşadası İlayda hotel 4****

Day 3: Ephesus Ancient City, House of Virgin Mary and Temple of Artemis day tour and overnight in Kusadasi

Ephesus is the second largest ancient city in the ancient world. Once home to over 200, 000 people, these impressive ruins are some of the best preserved.

Stop At: Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House), Selcuk 35100 Turkey
The House of the Virgin Mary is situated on top of BulBul Mountain that overlooks all of Selcuk. It is said that this house is where Mary saw out the last years of her life. It is now a very important pilgrimage sight for Christians.

The Temple of Artemis is known to date back as far as 6th Century B.C. Now one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient world, what you see left standing today is the foundations and some columns that indicate the grandeur of this temple.

The Isabey Mosque dates back to the years 1374 and 1375. Throughout all of Turkey displays the most beautiful of Seljukian architecture with crown like doors and beautiful mosaics.

The Grand Theatre of Ephesus is one of the highlights within ruins. It is well preserved and still used today for theatre and music. Its an important monument as it is said to be site where St Paul preached

The Library of Celsus is the highlight of Ephesus. The two-story building is marvel to architecture of the time. Dating back to 117 A.D this magnificent building was once one of the most beautiful under the Roman Empire.

The Odeon Theatre is the second theatre in the ruins of Ephesus. It can be referred to as the Bouleutrion as it was predominately used for the meetings of the Senate and had a second use for theatre shows.

Trajan Brothel The finding of the statue of Priapus with an oversize phallus made that it clear that there was a brothel in Ephesus. It is located between the main road Curetes Street and Marble Street

Day 4: Pamukkale White travertines and Hierapolis Ancient City Day tour and flight back to Istanbul

Stop At: Pamukkale, Pamukkale
breakfast at your hotel in Kuşadasi and you will check out and we will pick you up at 8:45 AM and begin the 3-hour journey. Around 12:00 PM you will arrive in the small but friendly town of Pamukkale and stop for lunch. Then, you will be taken to the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your guide will show you how the citizens lived, worked and enjoyed themselves back when the city was a thriving metropolis. Highlights include the Temple of Apollo, the Roman Theater and the Martyrion of St. Philip. From there, you will move on to the main attraction, the travertines. You will have free time to explore and relax in the travertines and have a rejuvenating swim in Cleopatra’s Pool. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for the one-hour flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, we will meet you at the airport with your name and transfer you to your hotel.
