Day 1: Drive to South Gobi

Stop At: Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park, Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park
we are going to drive to Yol Valley (Vulture Canyon). This is a beautiful deep canyon with many rocky cliffs and it has been created by many years of water erosion.
After arrival at the canyon, we will take a 2-hour hike through the canyon and most likely to see parts of a glacier left over from the winter months.
On our way in, we will visit the local Natural History Museum where dinosaur eggs and bones, petrified trees and a snow leopard are on display.

Day 2: Drive to Khongor sand dunes

Stop At: Khongoryn Els, Gobi Desert, Dalanzadgad 212503 Mongolia
Today we will drive to the Khongor sand dunes. It takes between 3 and 4 hours, passing through vast desert badlands that span out into the furthest distances, where remote mountains line the horizon.

Lone gers and nomads on camel-back hang suspended in the mirages, whilst the desert floor is strewn with a range of colorful rocks and unusual minerals.

This is the Gobi at its stark best - there are many opportunities to stop to take photographs of the landscapes and people.

Visit the beautiful sand dunes and the Khongor river streaming through the sands, try camel riding along the Khongor sand dunes.

Day 3: Drive to BayanZag Flaming cliffs

Stop At: Bayanzag Saxual Forest, Mongolia
Today we are going to drive to visit the Bayanzag area. Known as a Flaming Cliffs "Cradle of Dinosaurs" this is where the first nest of a dinosaur eggs ever discovered was found in 1922.

A site was famous for the remains of dinosaur that lived here 60 million years ago. We will walk around where dinosaurs once roamed and see saxaul trees and other classic desert vegetation.

Day 4: Drive back to Ulaanbaatar city
