Kenny McHardy, head chef and owner of Manuka Woodfire Kitchen hails originally from New Zealand where his cooking career began at the age of 14yrs old. Kenny’s career has taken him from the Michelin starred kitchens of Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing in London, to celebrated Two Hatted Walters Wine Bar in Melbourne.
Manuka celebrates the age old tradition of cooking simply with fire. Chef Kenny McHardy uses a simple, rustic approach together with fire alone to create a well thought out menu championing our local farmers and producers. A fully licensed restaurant serving up delicious woodfired fare, craft beer, local wines and spirits in a casual but vibrant setting. Walk-ins welcome, bookings recommended.
